Next weeks events

Just a reminder that we've got the pip and natterer's survey's next week so we're going to be busy - the more of you the better.   If you can come to either or both please let me know and I'll keep you posted as to which day we actually intend going - that' all dependent on the weather of course.
Don't forget there is also another event planned for Saturday which would be good to go to.   Aline is again looking for some help on this.  She writes......

The bat walk is one of their ‘Wildlife Discovery Days’ for the public. More information, and directions for Coed Phoenix can be found here: http://www.thegreenphoenix.co.uk/

We’ll meet there at 7.45 for a chat and cup of tea with staff/ volunteers (please arrange to lift-share from Aber if possible). Coed Phoenix has recently received some funding for bat boxes and detectors, so it will be interesting to find out more.. and see what bats are around.

The bat group will then  do our usual introductory session, followed by a guided walk. (Coed Phoenix staff will show us the route).

If anyone would like to lead the walk and do the introduction (or share it with me), please feel free to offer your services  - I can provide a copy of the notes.
